CPD seminar: Third Party Funding of Mediation
The Seminar is aimed to introduce and update the participants on the main features of the Arbitration and Mediation Legislation (Third Party Funding) (Amendment) Ordinance in relation to mediation and the latest developments of third party funding of mediation in Hong Kong and Singapore. The speakers will share their expert knowledge and practical experience on the relevant issues to the participants in the Seminar.
