About this CPD Event:
The course is to provide an opportunity for FDRC Mediators/ Arbitrators to familiarize with the FDRC Arbitration Process and to exchange ideas and experience in handling issues raised by parties in Arbitration.

- Case study and experience sharing
- Round-table Discussion
CPD Points:
- FDRC Mediators: 2.5 CPD Points will be awarded to eligible participants completing the training event.
- FDRC Arbitrators: 5 CPD Points will be awarded to eligible participants completing the training event.

- Prof. Leung Hing Fung, Arbitrator, Barrister-at-Law, Chartered Quantity Surveyor Associate Professor, Department of Real Estate and Construction, HKU.
- Mr. Gary Soo, Arbitrator, Barrister-at-Law, Chartered Engineer, Adjunct Professor, Department of Civil Engineering, HKU .

Target audience: This workshop is primarily designed for FDRC Arbitrators.
