Introduction
The Financial Dispute Resolution Centre Limited (FDRC) is an impartial and independent provider of dispute resolution service for financial disputes in Hong Kong. You as members of the Financial Dispute Resolution Scheme (FDRS) are invited to attend the free (for a limited time only) information seminars that cover the following:-
- Role of financial institutions under FDRS
- Who is an eligible claimant?
- What are the eligible disputes?
- Mediation and Arbitration
- Q&A

Seats will be offered on a ‘first-come-first-served’ basis.
Registrations will only be accepted via email and confirmation letters will be sent to applicants via email.
No registrations will be accepted over the phone or by fax.
If you do not receive a confirmation letter by 1 August 2013, this means that the
seminars are full, we will put you on a waiting list and keep you informed of our upcoming seminars.
