CPD event: Mainland Civil and Commercial Legal Practice Training Course 2025 (Day 2)
This training programme covers various aspects of the Mainland court system, civil and commercial litigation, and cross-border legal challenges. Participants will be explained the Mainland courts' approaches to foreign-related and Hong Kong-related cases, preservation, evidence, and enforcement procedures, as well as the latest developments in PRC Contract Law and intellectual property adjudication. The programme also includes panel discussions on legal challenges for Chinese enterprises going overseas and the latest developments in foreign-related arbitration in the Mainland.
