The Financial Dispute Resolution Centre (FDRC) is one of the supporting organizations for the Hong Kong Mediation Council (HKMC) Annual Conference 2025. The conference under the theme “Navigating Complex Commercial Disputes Using Mediation” will examine how mediation is used to address complex and cross-border commercial disputes in today’s evolving business environment.
