The Financial Dispute Resolution Centre (FDRC) is pleased to announce our upcoming CPD training on digital asset - Crypto as Property? – Legal Classification and Dispute Resolution. As digital assets continue to develop in both complexity and use, legal and financial professionals must be prepared to address disputes involving crypto‑assets.

This session offers a practical and structured overview of the legal classification of crypto‑assets,  the remedies available in cases of misuse or fraud, and the implications for dispute resolution. Delivered by experienced legal expert Ms Judith Sihombing and moderated by Mr John Davison, this training provides timely and relevant guidance to practitioners who advise on, manage, or resolve crypto‑related matters..
