Annual Report 2018 年度報告 29 Dispute Resolution Services 排解爭議服務 Provide Information to Enquirers on Available Channels 向查詢者提供進一步處理查詢的途徑資訊 Apart from explaining the scope of the FDRS, the case officers will also assist the enquirers by providing them with information on available channels for taking forward their enquiries.
