The Financial Dispute Resolution Centre (FDRC) is organising a CPD training “Crypto as Property? – Legal Classification and Dispute Resolution” on 15 April 2026. As digital assets continue to evolve in complexity and have a growing impact on legal and financial markets, legal and dispute resolution practitioners, as well as financial professionals, must remain equipped to manage disputes involving crypto‑assets.
