13th Mainland, HK, MO Legal Seminar in Hong Kong
Dr. Thomas So, JP, Chairman of the FDRC, was invited to deliver a speech at the 13th Mainland, Hong Kong, and Macao Legal Seminar held on 21 July 2025. The seminar was jointly organised by the Department of Justice of HKSAR, the China Law Society, and the Legal Affairs Bureau of the Macao Special Administrative Region (SAR) Government. Centred on the theme, "Anchoring the new strategic positioning and facilitating the construction of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area (GBA) with high-quality rule of law," the event brought together officials, legal experts, and seasoned practitioners to share insights and exchange perspectives on advancing the development of the GBA under a robust legal framework.
