FDRC Briefing Sessions: Implementation of Terms of Reference 2018
Introduction
The Financial Dispute Resolution Centre (“FDRC”) has amended the Terms of Reference (in final drafting stage) based on the “Consultation Conclusions”, which shall be effective from 1 Jan 2018.

CPT Requirements:
This session may fulfil CPT requirements of the Securities and Futures Commission and obtain 1 CPD points for FDRC mediators/arbitrators. Please refer to SFC’s Guidelines on Continuous Professional Training and FDRS Standards and Procedures.
