Fake Notice Bearing the Name and Logo of the Financial Dispute Resolution Centre (10 July 2025)
The attention of the Financial Dispute Resolution Centre (“FDRC”) has been drawn to a fake “Stipulation and Notice to Arbitrate” bearing the name and logo of the FDRC.
The above fraudulent Notice does not belong to the FDRC. The FDRC has not authorized any person or entity to use its logo and has not granted its permission for its logo to be included in the Notice. The FDRC is also not involved in any proceedings referenced to in the Notice. The matter has been reported to the Police.
