Appointment to the Board of Financial Dispute Resolution Centre
(27 August 2025) – Financial Dispute Resolution Centre (FDRC) announced the appointment of Dr Christopher To Wing as a Director of the FDRC Board for a term of two years from September 1, 2025, to August 31, 2027. Dr To will succeed Mr Richard Leung Wai-keung, who will retire from the Board with effect from 31 August 2025.
The FDRC would like to extend its heartfelt appreciation to the outgoing Director Mr Richard Leung Wai-keung for his invaluable contributions over the past six years.
