FDRC to Host CPD Training on Mediation and Psychological Skills for Financial Disputes
The Financial Dispute Resolution Centre (FDRC) will hold a Continuing Professional Development (CPD) seminar titled “When the options are limited…” on 5 November 2025. This specialized training is designed for FDRC mediators and arbitrators, with a focus on mediation techniques and psychological insights for resolving disputes between financial institutions and individual customers.
The seminar will be led by Ms. Maureen Mueller, an experienced mediator and psychotherapist. Participants will gain practical knowledge on applying mediation and psychological skills in the context of financial disputes. The event will take place from 1:00pm to 3:30pm at Room 205-207, 2/F, West Wing, Justice Place, 11 Ice House Street, Central. The session will be conducted in English, with a maximum of 60 seats available.
