FDRC and HKMAAL Co-host Seminar on Update of the Hong Kong Mediation Code
The Financial Dispute Resolution Centre (FDRC), in collaboration with the Hong Kong Mediation Accreditation Association Limited (HKMAAL), will jointly organise a seminar titled “Update on the Hong Kong Mediation Code”. The seminar aims to provide industry practitioners with valuable insights into the latest updates to the Mediation Code and their practical implications.
The session will feature HKMAAL Chairman, Mr TK Iu, MH, as the keynote speaker, and will be moderated by FDRC. Participants will gain a deeper understanding of the key revisions to the Mediation Code and developments shaping mediation practice in Hong Kong.
