FDRC publishes its Annual Report 2019
(30 June 2020, Hong Kong) The Financial Dispute Resolution Centre (FDRC) today publishes its Annual Report 2019. In 2019, the FDRC received a notable increase in the number of applications for its services. We achieved a very satisfactory mediation success rate of over 90%. FDRC is now providing a wider scope of mediation/arbitration services after enhancements to its terms of reference.
