FDRC publishes its Annual Report 2020
(27 July 2021, Hong Kong) The Financial Dispute Resolution Centre (FDRC) today publishes its Annual Report 2020. In 2020, the FDRC turned a new leaf in its operation and moved into new office at the Justice Place in Central. We also stepped up our ongoing promotion and publicity to the community, resulting in significant increase in both the numbers of enquiries and applications for service handled by FDRC when compared with the previous year.
