Mr. Man Sing Yeung is a practicing arbitrator, mediator and construction lawyer in Hong Kong. Mr Yeung is accredited as a chartered arbitrator, chartered quantity surveyor and accredited mediator / adjudicator.

Mr Yeung graduated with degrees of Bachelor of Science in Quantity Surveying and Master of Laws at the University of Hong Kong. He was admitted as solicitor of the High Court of Hong Kong in 1993 and has been involved in alternative dispute resolution services with emphasis on construction and international trade.

Mr Yeung was the former Chair of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (East Asia Branch), and the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre - Hong Kong Mediation Council. He was a member of the Steering Committee on Mediation of Department of Justice, HKSAR. Mr Yeung is now the Chair of the Law Society’s Arbitrators Admission Committee, and a director of the Asian Institute of Alternative Dispute Resolution.

Having acted as an arbitrator for a fair number of cases since 2000, Mr Yeung is with arbitral panels in China, Dubai, Hong Kong, India, Japan, Korea, London, Malaysia, Singapore and Taiwan, and being on the mediation panels of different jurisdictions, he also mediates cases involving construction related and cross border investment disputes.
