
Ms. Rachael Siu is a practising barrister at RW Chambers, specializing in criminal litigation and departmental summons cases. She has extensive trial experience in various levels of the Hong Kong courts. From 2017 to 2024, she was appointed as a Deputy Magistrate on several occasions, presiding over criminal and summons cases.
Ms. Siu has been a Fellow of the Hong Kong Institute of Arbitrators since 2018. She is also an accredited Family and General Mediator.
Ms. Siu currently serves as a member of the Bar Council of the Hong Kong Bar Association and a member of the Full Council of the Consumer Council. She is also appointed as a Chairman of The Appeal Tribunal Panel (Buildings) and an adjudicator of the Registration of Persons Tribunal.
Ms. Siu holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Hong Kong. She is also qualified as a lawyer of the Supreme Court of New South Wales, Australia (Non-practising) and a solicitor of England and Wales (Non-practising).
