
Mr. Kenneth Fok is an experienced solicitor in litigation and dispute resolution. He took up the role of Chief Executive Officer (CEO) at the Financial Dispute Resolution Centre (FDRC) in 2025, following years in private legal practice and service with The Law Society of Hong Kong.
Kenneth’s legal practice focused on dispute resolution. While in private practice, he routinely advised Government departments and cooperations on litigious matters. After practising in one of the most prestigious law firms in Hong Kong for over 17 years, he joined The Law Society of Hong Kong in 2012, where he advanced to the position of Director of Practitioners Affairs and subsequently served as Deputy Secretary General. During his tenure, Kenneth supported various expert committees and the Society’s Council in policy deliberations, including those on dispute resolution.
Kenneth has also worked in the HKSAR Government and a major chamber of commerce before his legal career. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Hong Kong and a Bachelor of Law (LL.B) degree from the University of London.
